We Care for the Poor International is an interdenominational not-for-profit organization that was founded by Berteau Elliassaint, a native Haitian who is currently a certified candidate for ministry in the United Methodist Church and a student at Asbury Theological Seminary. [ more ]

At We Care For The Poor, we have a passion for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are less fortunate than we are. God has blessed us with abundance. That abundance is not for ourselves but instead so we can help others. WCFTP already employs three teachers and has a medical/dental trip at least once a year. Our vision is to build clinics and a school to accommodate a growing school population. [ more ]
